Good venue Friday night into Sat morning, quick staff, strong crowd atmosphere

I was served by a bar staff by the name of bibi. Loved his vibe. Thank you for being so welcoming. Such an asset to this establishment. Enjoyed our time and we will definitely recommend this place to our friends. BTW the rooftop is such a beautiful setup.

The Colombian Hotel is hands down one of the best pubs in Sydney. As a straight tradie, I wasn’t sure what to expect the first time I walked in, but it didn’t take long to realise this place is for everyone.

A massive shout out to Ella, who does an incredible job. Her professionalism, friendliness and genuine care for both staff and patrons is obvious the moment you walk through the door. She has helped create an atmosphere that is welcoming, inclusive and full of good energy. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in the venue and it shows in every aspect of the pub.

The staff are brilliant, the service is always spot on, the drinks are great, and there’s a real sense of community that makes people want to come back. Whether you’re there for a quiet beer after work, a catch-up with mates, or a big night out, everyone is made to feel welcome.

In a world where a lot of pubs can feel the same, the Colombian Hotel stands out because of the people, and Ella is a huge part of that. She’s a credit to the venue and the hospitality industry.
